Frederick T. "Tom" Gogerty
Age 82, of Canton, passed away Friday June 24, 2011 in Altercare of Navarre. He was born June 16, 1929 in Canton to the late Frederick and Zella (Dyer) Gogerty. He was a graduate of Canton South High School and retired from Superior Dairy. Tom enjoyed playing bingo and was an avid bowler. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Thomas Seuffert; three sisters, Grace Dye, Mary Whiteleather and Ruth Gogerty. He is survived by one son, Robert Seuffert of Bethany, OK; one daughter, Debra Harsher of Parker, AZ; 5 sisters and brothers-in-law, Marilyn and Thomas Fox, Lois and Ralph Dazey, Dorothy and Donald Charton, Alice Smith and Alma Dazey; several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday June 27, 2011 at 1:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave with Rev. Carolyn Nichols officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call one hour before services on Monday (12-1pm). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church at 2150 17th St SE, Canton, OH 44707.
