Frances L. Jack, age 79, of Louisville went to be with her Lord, Saturday, August 20, 2005 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born April 28, 1926 in Fayette County, WV. to the late Howard and Ruby (Wilson) Smith. She was a Louisville area resident for the past 12 years, prior to which she resided in Canton. Member of Canton Chapter of M.A.D.D. Preceded in death by her husband Burnett P. Jack in 1989; one son, Ray Allen Jack; three sisters and two brothers. Survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and John Kerry of Louisville, Lana and Johnny Pentasuglia of Princeton, WV, Nancy and John Milder of Louisville; one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Elaine Jack of Louisville; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2005 at 10:00a.m. in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Kenneth Pugh officiating. Interment in Warstler Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
