Evelyn V. Wagner, age 93, of Canton, died Thursday, April 28, 2005 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Daughter of the late Clyde and Della (Arnett) Gorrell. She was a Canton area resident for the past 54 years and a member of 38th Street Church of Christ where she was formerly active with the Young In Heart. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Orville Wagner; two brothers, John and Russell Gorrell. She is survived by one sister, Helen Daugherty of Parkersburg, WV; one brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Faith Gorrell of Dayton, OH; and niece and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at 1pm in the 38th Street Church of Christ with Lance Lindenberger officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call one hour before services at the church (12-1pm). The Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. is in charge of arrangements.
