Evelyn L. Harlan, age 65, of Canton, died Saturday March 11, 2006 in Mercy Medical Center following an extended illness. She was born, August 19, 1940 in Canton to the late James K. and Eleanor Little. Evelyn was a life resident of the Canton area and was formerly employed by Teledyne-Monarch Rubber for 18 years and Van-Kay Inc. for several years. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Harlan in 1980; two brothers, Franklin and Kenneth Little. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Donald Weisgarber of Massillon; one son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth G. and Kathy Harlan of Green; one grandson, Pierce Drobney; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna Jean and Glenn Hall of Canton South, Janet and George Block of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 10:00am in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Larry Lalama officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Stark County at 3611 Whipple Ave NW, Canton, OH. 44718.
