Evelyn J. Earhart
Age 77, of Canton died unexpectedly Sunday, December 30, 2012. Born August 8, 1935 in North Apollo, PA. to the late Ellsworth and Ethel (Kinter) Rainey. She was a Canton resident most of her life and retired from Ecko Housewares. She was a member of the Red Hats Society. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earhart in 1974. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Gregory and Brenda Earhart of Wells, NY., Daniel and Chang Won Sun Earhart of Severn, MD; one daughter, Carol Lynn Dugan of Oak Grove, KY; six grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; six brothers, Elmer, Donald, Edward, Leland, Robert and Clifford Rainey; three sisters, Shirley "Sis" Varner, Joanne Rainey, Susan George; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at 2:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on south Cleveland Ave. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday from 1-2 pm.
