Eugene R. Petroli Sr.
Age 82, of East Canton died Monday, September 21, 2015 in his home following an extended illness. Born May 21, 1933 in Canton, Ohio to the late Frank and Lucille (Shenkle) Petraroli. He was a life resident of East Canton. Gene retired from Fresh Mark Foods and had previously been employed by Stark Ceramics. He was a member of Robertsville Christ Memorial Church and Robertsville Grange. Preceded in death by two sons, Ron and Alan Petroli; one brother, Donald Petraroli. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marilyn A. (DeWalt) Petroli; one son and daughter-in-law, Gene Jr and Dee Petroli of East Canton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and George Momirovic, Julie and Donald Jute all of East Canton; eight grandchildren, Gino, Jonette, George, Katy, Donnie, Jaymee, Alan and Kelli; three great grandchildren, Briana, Braylon and Aspen; one sister and brother-in-law, Rosemary and Terry Young of Malvern. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 11:00 am in Robertsville Christ Memorial Church, 2620 Robertsville Ave S.E., Robertsville, OH. 44670, with Pastor Jonathon Arnold Sr. officiating. Interment in Robertsville Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday from 10-11 am. Memorial donations may be made to Robertsville Christ Memorial Church.
