Ethel F. Richardson
Ethel F. Richardson, age 86, of Canton, passed away Monday February 11, 2008 in Altercare of Louisville following a brief illness. She was born October 8, 1921 in Canton, OH. to the late Kenneth and Elsie (Smith) Vancil. Ethel was a 1939 graduate of Lehman High School and a life resident of the Canton area. She was the former owner/operator of the Credit Bureau of Alliance and B&B Pool Shop. She was a member of First Christian Church, Alliance Chamber of Commerce, QUOTA, B.P.O. Elks #467, Dr. Roach Outdoor League, Stark County Gem and Mineral Club and served as a volunteer with the McKinley Museum. Ethel truly enjoyed cooking, gardening, crafts and genealogy. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Richardson in 2007. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert K. and Pamela J. Richardson of Minerva; one daughter, Susan J. Lytle of Houston, DE; six grandchildren, Scott, Todd, Kent, Leslie, Lori and John; five great grandchildren, Joseph, Brandie, Cruz, Mallory and Jonah; son-in-law, John Lytle of Worthington, OH; one brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Jean Vancil of Adrian, MI. Funeral services will be Friday February 15, 2008 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. Interment in West Lawn Cemetery.
