Ethel A. Clark
Age 99, of Canton, passed away Monday May 19, 2014 in Carroll Health Care. She was born November 29, 1914 in East Sparta, OH to the late Harvey and Melissa (Barr) Teeple. Ethel was a life resident of the East Sparta and Canton area. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and AARP. Ethel was a very sweet and gentle person who loved to read her Bible, garden and raise beautiful flowers and very deeply loved her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Clark in 1999; three grandchildren and one great-grandson; two sons-in-law, two brothers and one sister. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Bill Crilley of Canton, Carol and Jerry Kinback of Waynesburg, Nancy and Clifford Miller of Waynesburg; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Clarence "Bud" Dale Clark of Waynesburg, Gary and Patsy Clark of Canton; 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday May 24, 2014 at 10:00am in Asbury United Methodist Church with Pastor Ruthann Bosley officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friend may call Friday 5-8pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home and one hour before services on Saturday at the church (9-10am).
