Ellen D. Snyder
Ellen D. Snyder, age 75, of Canton died Thursday, February 15, 2007 in the Laurels of Massillon following an extended illness. Born February 7, 1932 in Kinport, PA. to the late Calvin and Carolyn (Taylor) Van. She was a Canton area resident most of her life and member of East Canton Church of God. Preceded in death by her husband, Allen Snyder in 1990; one sister Edna Luzier. Survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Hester Snyder of East Canton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Rex Schumacker of Bastrop, TX, Sally and Harold Guisinger of Canton; seven grandchildren, Sandy, Jack, Calvin, Brian, Katie, Jon and Carolyn; one great granddaughter, Taylor.
Funeral services will be Monday, February 19, 2007 at 1:00 pm in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Pastor James Snyder officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Sunday from 2 - 4 pm.
