Ellen M. (Haught) Tilkey, age 80, of Navarre, died Sunday December 17, 2006 in Aultman Hospital following a brief battle with cancer. She was a born May 15, 1926 in Canton, to the late Jacob and Anna (Castleberg) Phillips. Ellen was a life resident of the Canton area and was formerly employed by Fairless High School as a Secretary. She was a member of North Industry Christian Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2370, Auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Verl Haught in 1961; second husband, Bernard Tilkey in 1993; one brother, Joseph Phillips. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn and Ursula Haught of Navarre, Fred and Cinthia Haught of Canton; three grandchildren; two brothers, Fred Phillips of Sarasota, FL, James Phillips of Denver, CO. Funeral services will be Thursday December 21, 2006 at 10:30am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Stephen Kimbrel officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
