Ella Mae Jacobs
Age 85, of Canton died Sunday, October 9, 2016 in the Legends Care Center. Born February 21, 1931 in North Industry, Ohio to the late Edward and Gladys “Tootie” (Rice) Howard. She was a life resident of the Canton area and a 1949 graduate of Canton South High School. Ella Mae was formerly employed by Stern and Mann Department Store and Superior Dairy. Preceded in death by her husband, Reece Jacobs Jr. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Clayton Livengood of Magnolia; one son and companion, Reece “Eddie” Jacobs and Mary Beth Dagenhard of Alto, GA; two grandchildren, Kimberly Dettweiler of Avon, OH, Clayton Eric (Andrea) Livengood of Clinton Township, MI; seven great grandchildren, Branden Dettweiler, Gillian Smith, Aubrey and Caleb Livengood, Spencer, Ava and Sawyer Tilly. Graveside services will be Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of North Lawn Cemetery, 4927 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH. 44709.
