Elizabeth Ann Brechbuhler, age 85, of North Industry, OH, died Sat. Dec. 10, 2005 in Samaritan Hospital, Ashland, OH, following a brief illness. Born Sept. 26, 1920 in Canton, OH, to the late Virgil and Leslie (Jolly) Norris. She was a life resident of North Industry, OH, and a dedicated and loving homemaker, mother, grandmother as well as a friend. Member of First Christian Church of Canton. Current or past member of the Canton Women's Club, Canton Garden Club, Antiques Club, Ohio State Mother's Club, Canton Historical Society, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Group Leader, and Cub Scout Den Mother. Elizabeth attended college after her children were educated and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Malone College. Preceded in death by her husband, Wayne E. Brechbuhler in 2002 to whom she married April 13, 1941; one granddaughter, Jessie Ann Brechbuhler; one sister, Ethel McLaughlin;four brothers, William, Kenneth, Merlin and Homer Norris. Survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, W. Stanford and Diana Brechbuhler of Ashland, OH, Gary and Kathie Brechbuhler of Allen, TX, James and Cheryl Brechbuhler of Dublin, OH; nine grandchildren, Chris, Andrew, Matthew, Michael, Thad, Becky, Andrew, Kyle and Noah; five great-grandchildren, Lucas, Emma, Abbott, Gary and Michael; one sister, Mary Evelyn Kramer of Columbus, OH. Funeral services will be Wednesday Dec. 14, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. in the First Christian Church, 2600 Cleveland Ave. N.W., Canton, OH. 44709, with John Hampton officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the First Christian Church. Kreighbaum- Sanders funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. in Canton, in charge of arrangements.
