Elizabeth A. Boekel
Age 84, of East Canton, passed away Tuesday March 4, 2014 in Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center. She was born August 9, 1929 in Massillon to the late William F. and Bertha E. (Leininger) Boekel Sr. Elizabeth was an East Canton resident for the past 14 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by five brothers and one sister. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Florence Boekel with whom she resided and was her caregiver; one niece, Liza Dimos of Louisville; three sisters, Emma Jean, Anita and Judy; numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be Saturday March 8, 2014 at 11:00am in Massillon Cemetery with Terry Bailey officiating. Condolences or fond memories may be shared online at www.sandersfuneralhomes.com.
