Eleanor F. Julian Judy
Age, 85, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday February 12, 2013 in Stone Crossing Care Center. She was born May 7, 1927 in Germano, OH to the late John and Mildred (Walker) Condo. Eleanor was a Canton area resident since 1945 and was a 1948 graduate of Lehman High School. She was the former owner/operator of Jo Ann Cleaners. She was a member of Northwest Church of Christ where she had been active with the Stepping Stones and served as a Sunday school teacher for many years at the 9th St Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joy E. "Joe" Julian in 1997; one daughter, Janice Lynn Julian; one son, John Julian; granddaughter, Amanda Betz Julian; two sisters, Eileen Booth and Marion Gallagher. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Judy Sr.; five daughters, Joyce Smith and Darlene Stoltz both of Easton, MD, J.J. Wise of Henderson, NV., Pamela Strickmaker of Massillon, Jo Anne Julian of Canton; four sons, Dennis of Ocean City, MD., Scott of Clinton, OH., Rick of Baltimore, MD., Rob of East Sparta; 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday February 15, 2013 in the Northwest Church of Christ with Keith Kull officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery, Louisville. Friends may call Thursday 5-8pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton and one hour before services on Friday at the church (10-11am). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Northwest Church of Christ at 3904 – 38th St NW, Canton, OH 44718.
