Eileen E. Steinbach
Age 66, of Canton died Saturday, September 10, 2011 in Brewster Park following a brief illness. Born January 25, 1945 in Canton to the late Benjamin and Esther (Van Dyke) Brumbaugh. She was a life resident of Canton and had been an Avon representative for 35 years. Eileen was a member of Eden Church of the Brethren and Good Sam Camping Club. Preceded in death by one sister and three brothers. Survived by her husband of 46 years, Rodney R. Steinbach; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca and Kenneth Croston of Dalton, Jennifer and Gregory Stephens of Brewster; two grandchildren, Cody and Shelby Stephens of Brewster; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Dorothy Brumbaugh of Joliet, IL., Harry and Lois Brumbaugh of Roseville, CA; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011 at 11:00 am in Eden Church of the Brethren with Pastor David Bell officiating. Interment in Eden Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church from 10-11am. Memorial donations may be made to Eden Church of the Brethren or Mercy Hospice.
