Edna L. Flowers McGuyrt
Age 84, of Canton, passed away Saturday September 26, 2015 in Stone Crossing Care Center. She was born February 10, 1931 in Flemming, WV to the late Earl and Ella Gay (Wilcox) Poole. Edna was a member of The Bible Church. She retired as a home health care nurse and also retired from Republic Steel. She is preceded in death by her husband, Malloy McGuyrt; two brothers and one sister. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Clarence and Sue Flowers of East Sparta; one daughter, Caren Burris and Gerald Taylor of Canton; one granddaughter, Gina (Ben) Luster; two great-grandchildren, Tori and Courtney; two great-great-grandchildren, Blake and Bryce. Funeral services will be Wednesday September 30, 2015 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor David Taylor officiating. Friends will be received Tuesday 6-8pm.
