Edith L. Lloyd
Age 99, of Canton died Friday, April 11, 2014 in Aultman Compassionate Care Center following a brief illness. Born February 19, 1915 in Bowerston, Ohio to the late Harvey S. and Margaret A. (Laizure) Long. She was a Canton resident most of her life and a member of Waco Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her husband, William Norris Lloyd in 2002; five brothers; two sisters and two grandsons. She is survived by eight children and spouses, Audrey and Merle Bowers, Virginia DeLong, Nancy Whipkey (Kevin Hughes), William and Elva Lloyd, Robert and Linda Lloyd, Janet Changet, Donald Lloyd, Karen and Kris Breedlove; 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 17 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 9 – 11 am in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. There will be no service. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. The family request no flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
