Edith Marie Bowling
Age 92, of East Sparta, passed away Friday March 13, 2015 in Aultman Compassionate Care. She was born August 19, 1922 in Henderson, WV to the late George and Garnett (Bechtle) Love. Edith Marie was an East Sparta resident since 1959 and was a member of Grace Fellowship Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie L. Bowling in 2002; two brothers, George and Worthy Love; three sisters, Thelma Love, Jean Dabney and Marge Meadows. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Jane Bowling, George and Diane Bowling, Larry and Brenda Bowling; 8 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jacquelene ( Ralph) Keeton and Geraldine Ridgeway; her best friend, Sally Dooley and the late Rev. Tom Dooley. Funeral services will be Tuesday March 17, 2015 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. with Rev. Keith Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends will be received Monday 5-8pm in the funeral home.
