Edith C. Baker
Age 87, of Canton died Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in Aultman Hospital. Born March 26, 1928 in Marion, Ohio to the late Elza and Jane (Tucker) Craig. She was formerly employed by North Electric in Galion, Ohio and Quaker Oats in Marion. Edith was a member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Baker; one daughter, Sandra Mossor; one son, Robert Baker; two sisters, Joanne Brightenstine and Dorothy Fryman; two brothers, James and Robert Craig. She is survived by one son-in-law, Larry Mossor of Canton; one daughter-in-law, Beverly Baker of Newark, OH; three grandchildren, Jeff, Brenda and Jessica; eight great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; her twin sister, Ethel Bevis of Richwood; three additional sisters and spouses, Twila Hines of Dallas, TX, Ruby and Junior Phipps of Richwood, Ruth and Jack Ulmar of Richwood. A memorial service will be Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave with Rev L. Scott Bacon officiating.
