Dwight L. Clapper
Age 58, of Bolivar died unexpectedly Saturday, January 14, 2012 in Mercy Medical Center. Born July 28, 1953 in Canton to the late Dwight W. and Martha V. (McEndree) Clapper. He was a Bolivar resident for the past five years and had been a resident of East Canton for most of his life. Dwight was a self employed sandblaster and painter. He was a member of the Louisville Fraternal Order of Eagles. Survived by his wife of 14 years, Shelley J. (Starkey) Clapper; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jennifer Clapper of East Canton; one daughter, Michelle Clapper of Carrollton; two grandchildren, Cash and Rayla Clapper both of East Canton; two sisters and brother-in-law, Shirley and Jeff Gerzina of Georgia, Sharon Jones of East Canton; two brothers and sister-in-law, Jeril Clapper, Keith and Karen Clapper all of East Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday Jan 18, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Pastor Frank Leghart officiating. Interment in Mapleton Cemetery.
