Duane C. Moser
Age 68, of Canton, passed away Monday April 18, 2011 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. He was born May 29, 1942 in Canton to the late Matthew and Martha (Hemmerling) Moser. Duane was a life resident of the Canton and East Canton area and was a 1961 graduate of East Canton High School. He retired from Atlas America in 2009 after 27 years of service. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, N. Canton. Duane was an avid car enthusiast and formerly raced at Magnolia Drag Strip, he also enjoyed fishing and bowling. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Stephanie Moser; one brother, Donald Moser. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette D. (Teeter) to whom he was married 16 years; three children, Eric Moser and his fiancé, Diane Limbach of East Canton, Jessica Morrison of Carrollton, Samuel and Jessica Moser of Carrollton; two step-children, Angela Reitter and her companion, Vincent Perez of New Jersey, Anthony and Toby Gialluca of St. Augustine, FL; 12 grandchildren; three brothers, Dick and Mary Moser of Stow, Glenn and Anne Moser of Massillon, Larry and Delores Moser of East Canton; two sisters, Judy and Wilbur Baum of N. Canton, Linda and Bob Betz of Louisville; sister-in-law, Norma Moser of Louisville; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday April 22, 2011 at 10:00am in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Friends may call Thursday 5-8pm.
