Dorthy J. (Winkler) Notz
Age 58, of Massillon, passed away Saturday January 17, 2015 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born October 11, 1956 in Canton to the late Lawrence A. and Alma R. (Biltz) Winkler. Dorthy was a 1975 graduate of East Canton High School and was formerly employed by Alpha Enterprises. She was a member of St. Mary's/St. Benedict Catholic Parish and very active with TRIO. Dorthy enjoyed gardening and loved her family deeply. She is survived by one daughter, Kaylana Notz; grandson, Kyle Notz; her fiancé, Robert Jones; three sisters, Martha Alkire, Betty Fryfogle and Sue (Mike) Himes; four brothers, Larry (Nancy) Winkler, George Winkler, Bill (Dottie) Winkler and Dick (Susie) Winkler; numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday January 21, 2015 at 10:00am in St. Benedict Catholic Church with Fr. Benson Okpara as celebrant. Friend s will be received Tuesday 5-8pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
