Dorothy Yohe

Dorothy Yohe, age 95, passed away on July 4, 2023 after a very brief illness.

She was born on February 13, 1928, in Malvern, Ohio, to George and Minnie (Guest) Masters.

Dorothy was a 1946 graduate of East Canton High School, member of Christ Memorial Church in Robertsville, retired ECHS School Board, EC Civic Club, Women’s Guild, WIGS, and an avid fan of ECHS girls and boys sports.  She was an avid Cleveland sports fan and enjoyed watching the Guardians and Cavaliers.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughter, Kay (Ken) Flanagan; son, Jack (Kathy McArdle) Yohe; grandson, Matt (Sarah) Flanagan, Andy (Amanda) Flanagan; granddaughter, Krista (Nathan) Butler; great grandsons, Cameron Flanagan, Emmett Flanagan, Ezekiel Butler; great granddaughters, Aurora Flanagan, Mackenzie Flanagan, Miriam Butler.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Yohe.

A visitation will held on Monday, July 10 from 5-7pm at Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton.   The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 11 at Christ Memorial Church 2620 Robertsville Ave., SE Robertsville, OH 44670 at 11am with Pastor Jonathan Arnold officiating.  An hour of visitation will be held prior to the service at the church.  Dorothy will be laid to rest at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
