Dorothy C. Nohl
Age 92, of East Sparta, passed away Monday February 21, 2011 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. She was born March 13, 1918 in Canton to the late Edison and Jane (Dobson) Heinbuch. Dorothy was a life resident of the Canton and East Sparta areas and a graduate of Massillon Washington High School. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star Chapter #368, Bolivar. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Nohl in 2002; one son, Gail Nohl; one daughter, Cheryl Nohl; one brother, Monroe Heinbuch. Dorothy is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Roger R. Nohl of Louisville, Douglas and Laurie Nohl of Athens, OH; four grandchildren, Rodney, Bryan, Colleen and Jordan; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Mabel Heinbuch of Navarre. The family would like to thank Jill McCaulley and her staff at the Sterling House of Canton, Ellen Linz and her staff at Altercare of Navarre and Dr. Steven Grossman and staff on the Palliative Care Unit at Aultman Hospital. Funeral services will be Friday February 25, 2011 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave with Pastor Ruthann Bosley officiating.
