Doris F. Johnson, age 68, of Canton died Saturday, August 19, 2006 in Country Lawn Nursing Home following an extended illness. Born October 15, 1937 in Akron, OH. to the late Lowell and Betty (Linn) Stout. She was a Canton area resident for the past 42 years and a member of Westbrook Park United Methodist Church. Formerly employed by the Akron-Canton Truck Stop and Darrah's Restaurant. Preceded in death by her husband, Michael L. Johnson in 1998; one brother, Gerry Stout. Survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Margie and Tim Grant of Massillon, Debbie Kadri of Coshocton, Kathy and Doug Zimmerman of Perry Twp; three sons and daughter-in-law, Jim Giblin of Canton, John Giblin of Canal Fulton, Thomas and Michele Giblin of Navarre; one step daughter and spouse, Heather and Chris Engolm of Michigan; 13 grandchildren; two brothers and sister-in-law, Raymond and Janice Stout of Akron, Bob Stout of Akron; one sister, Delores Rubino of Akron. The family would like to thank the staff at Country Lawn and Mercy Hospice for their wonderful care. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006 at 1:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Rev. Jonathan Reese officiating. Interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before the service on Tuesday from 12 - 1 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Mercy Medical Center Hospice @ 7568 Whipple Ave. NW, North Canton, OH. 44720.
