Doreen J. Baker
Age 86, of Canton, passed away Monday January 23, 2017 in her home. She was born November 9, 1930 in Canton to the late Theodore and Doris (Bair) Bowser. Doreen was a 1948 graduate of Canton Township High School and was a member of the Canton South AARP. She was formerly employed by Ansell Perry for 12 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rodger W. Baker to whom she was married 62 years. Doreen is survived by her daughter, Vickie Baker; two grandchildren, Nicole Benson and Brian Benson; three great-grandchildren, Peyton Badalucco, Briana Benson and Jacob Benson; one sister, Nancy Greathouse. Funeral services will be Friday January 27, 2017 at 3:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Edwards officiating. Friends will be received one hour before services on Friday (2-3pm). A private family burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
