Donald E. Kiewall
Donald E. Kiewall, age 82, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly, Friday January 18, 2008 in his home. He was born August 16, 1925 in Canton, to the late John and Marie (Knouff) Kiewall. Donald was a life resident of the Canton area and a WWII Army veteran. He retired from the Timken Company after 30 years of service. He was a graduate of the Western Pennsylvania Institute of Horology and a member of the American Legion Post #440. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Freda A. (Lash) in 2006; one son, Emerson P. Kiewall in 2007; three brothers and two sisters. He is survived by one sister, Pearl Armstrong of Florida; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday January 24, 2008 in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery, Louisville.
