Deanna R. Landers
Age 71, of East Canton, passed away peacefully Thursday April 25, 2013 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born August 5, 1941 in Beckley, WV to the late Kermit S. and Beatrice L. (Ashland) Chapman. Deanna was an East Canton resident since 1969 and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She was a life member of DAV, member of the Stark Gun Collectors, former officer in the Stark County Federation of Conservation Clubs, served as a volunteer with the McKinley Museum and Foltz Community Center. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David K. Landers in 2005. She is survived three daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne and Jim Bates of Canton, Donna and Ron Riggs of Canton, Denise Ryder of East Canton; three grandsons, Joshua Ryder, Daniel and Michael Riggs; one granddaughter, Bethany Riggs. Funeral services will be Monday April 29, 2013 at 1:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Thomas Shank Jr. officiating. Graveside service in Belmont County Memorial Park, St. Clairsville, OH Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 11:00am.
