Dean K. Moore, age 74, of Massillon, passed away Monday November 26, 2007 in Memorial Herman Baptist Hospital, Beaumont, TX, following a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born September 6, 1933 in Lizemore, WV, to the late Early and Velma (Rogers) Moore. Dean was a Canton and Massillon area resident for the past 52 years, retiring from Sugardale Meats in 1993 after 171/2 years of service. He was a member of the Arlington Avenue Church of God. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, John, Robert and Jerry Moore. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Doris J. (Mullins); one daughter, Danita Brill of Beaumont, TX; three grandchildren, Alyssa Fabynick, Christopher Brill and Corbin Brill; three brothers, Blaine Moore of Bentree, WV, Trelliss Moore of Fayetteville, WV, Eric Moore of Indore, WV; four sisters, Correna Schoonover of Elkhurst, WV, Geneva Duckworth of Zoar, OH, Charlotte Deems of Indore, WV, Janet Johnson of Indore, WV. Funeral services will be Saturday December 1, 2007 at 1:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Friday 5-8pm in the funeral home.
