David L. Stevens

Age 80, of Canton, passed away Saturday April 9, 2022 in Aultman Hospital. He was born July 22, 1941 in Canton, OH to Louis and Wilma (MacDonald) Buch. David was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of the Atwood Lake Christadelphian Ecclesia. He retired from the Pasadena California Public Schools after more than 30 years of service. David was an avid fisherman and gardener. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter R. Stevens; mother, Wilma Stevens; one brother, Timothy Stevens. David is survived by his loving wife, Norma R. (Thomas) to whom he was married 59 years; four children, Willard Stevens, Mark David (Shannon) Stevens, Tina Stevens (Mark Landis), Lauren (Keith) Kabeary; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Malinda (Joachim) Bromet and Mary (Steve) Nelson; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday April 12, 2022 at 1:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home. Burial will be in Melscheimer Cemetery.
