David N. Mottice, age 61, of East Canton died Friday, March 17, 2006 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born April 14, 1944 in Mapleton, OH. to the late John N. and Elsie B. (Weber) Mottice. He was a Mapleton area resident most of his life and a member of Minerva First Christian Church. Formerly employed by Greyhound Expo. in Las Vegas, Nevada for 18 years. Preceded in death by one brother, John Mottice. Survived by one daughter, Rochelle Lynn Gutcher of East Canton; two grandsons, Russell and Jim Mottice both of East Canton; five sisters, Eleanora Mason of Brewster, Margaret Reed of Waynesburg, Florence Clapper of Mapleton, Dorothy Teeter of Mapleton, Carol Leforte of East Rochester, OH; one brother, Calvin Mottice of Mapleton; uncle and aunt, Edward and Bernice Weber of Haines City, FL; many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Thursday, March 23, 2006 at 1:00 pm in Mapleton Cemetery with Pastor Ralph Norman officiating. Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in E. Canton in care of arrangements.
