Hartman, David M.
age 60, of Massillon, passed away Tuesday March 3, 2009 in Affinity Medical Center of Massillon. He was born September 30, 1948 in Youngstown, OH. to the late Rodney C. and Cathleen (Patrick) Hartman. David was a graduate of Youngstown South High School and a Massillon resident for the past 30 years. He was formerly employed by the Holiday Inn at Belden Village for 32 years. David was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church where he was active in the Promise Keepers and the Faith Keepers Sunday School class. In addition to his parents, he is together again with his wife, Clara (Goulden) Hartman who died in 2002. He is survived by one son, Rodney Hartman of Massillon; one brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Ellen Hartman of Youngstown; one sister and brother-in-law, Lauriel and Bob Carroll of Mountain View, CA; one sister-in-law and her husband, Bonnie and Michael Kracker of Massillon; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Saturday March 7, 2009 at 1:00pm in Otterbein United Methodist Church with Rev. Debra J. Speer officiating.
