Dauna J. Liotti
Dauna J. Liotti, age 79, of Canton, died Wednesday August 24, 2005 in her home following an extended illness. Born in Malvern, OH to the late George U. and Anna E. (Whittington) Bennett. She was a life resident of the Canton area and a 1944 graduate of East Sparta High School. She retired from the Timken Company in 1980 and was a member of North Industry Christian Church and Canton South AARP. Dauna was a 50 year member of National, Pomona and Pike Granges #1669 and was a 50 year member of Order of Eastern Star, Delta Chapter. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Margaret B. Bennett; one great nephew, Michael Zantene. Survived by her husband, Malio Liotti to whom she was married 59 years; one nephew and his wife, Darrell and Susan Zantene of Canton; two great nieces, Theresa Muckley of Canton, Christy and her husband, David Williams of Canton; two great great-nieces, Glennasue Muckley and Mercedes Williams; one great great-nephew, Bryan Williams. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00am in North Industry Christian Church with Stephen Kimbrel officiating. Internment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm in Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. and one hour before services at the church on Saturday (9-10:00am). Grange services will be Friday at 6:30pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Aultman Hospice at 2821 Woodlawn NW, Canton, OH 44708 or the North Industry Christian Church at 425- 45th St SW, Canton, OH 44706.
