Age 65, of Navarre, Ohio died Monday, June 21, 2021 in Brewster Park following an extended illness. Born February 27, 1956 in Canton, Ohio to the late Richard and Lucille (Nauer) Michel. He had been a Navarre resident since 1993. Darrell was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed spending his free time hunting and fishing. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Jacob and Ashia Michel; a grandson, Reid Michel; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry and Tracey Michel, Dennis and Lana Michel, Gary and Cindy Michel; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Bruce McAllister, Darlene and Jim Cline, Ruth and Chris Sonntage; numerous generations of nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 5 – 7 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave.
