Darlene G. Hudspeth
Age 62, of Canton died Friday February 22, 2013 in Astoria Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation following an extended illness. Born January 7, 1951 in Canton, Ohio to the late Jacob Jr. and Sylvia Sue (Buchanan) Cernik. She was a life resident of Canton and a 1969 graduate of Canton South High School. Darlene retired from the Timken Company after 27 years of service. Preceded in death by her husband, Grady M. Hudspeth in 2012. She is survived by one daughter, Christa Wells of Las Vegas, NV; one son and daughter-in-law, Marc and Jennifer (Stallman) Hudspeth of Canton; two grandsons, Ean and Kayden Hudspeth both of Canton; one brother and sister-in-law, Jacob A. and Valle Cernik of Canton; one sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Lenny Dasco of Chesterland, OH; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Pastor Bruce Mont officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
