Dale L. “Root Beer” Kinsinger
Age 71, of East Canton, passed away on his birthday, December 22, 2016 in his home following a brief illness. He was born in East Canton to the late Clarence Sr. and Leona Kinsinger. Dale was a 1965 graduate of East Canton High School and a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam veteran. Dale retired from Osnaburg Local Schools in 2000 after serving 30 years as a bus driver, he was formerly employed by Union Metal. He was a member of the First Church of the Resurrection where he served as an Elder and on the worship committee. He was an avid NASCAR fan. In addition to his parents, Dale is preceded in death by one sister. He is survived by his wife, Cathy E. (Franklin) to whom he was married 46 years; one daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Philip Gillespie; one grandson and Dale’s little buddy, Joshua Gillespie; several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Saturday January 7, 2017 at 1:00pm in First Church of the Resurrection with Pastor Dr. Bruce Mont officiating.
