Connie D. Archer, age 51, of Canton died Tuesday, June 20, 2006 in her home following a brief illness. Born in Canton, OH. on Sept. 2, 1954 and had been a life resident. She was a 1972 graduate of Glenwood High School and formerly employed by Kroger Supermarket for 12 years, Apples Supermarket for 9 years and Kaufman's Department Store for 4 years. Member of the Canton South Band Boosters from 1997-2001. Preceded in death by her father, Austin McCauley; sister, Linda Gardner. Survived by her husband of 31 years, Timothy Archer; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Ryan Peck of Perry Township; son, Matthew Archer of the home; Mother, Grace McCauley of Canton; two sisters and brother-in-law, Dianna Nelson of Louisville, Patty and Pete Calder of North Canton; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Austin "Skip" and Marsha McCauley of Canton, Richard and Lori McCauley of Lake Cable, Bob and Connie McCauley of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Mercy Hospice. Funeral services will be Friday, June 23, 2006 at 1:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Pastor Danny A. Deem officiating. Interment in Union Cemetery, Louisville, OH. Friends may call Thursday from 5 - 8 pm.
