Cliffton K. Schofield Jr.
Age 63, of Canton, passed away Thursday August 21, 2014 in his home following an extended illness. He was born December 30, 1950 in Parkersburg, WV to Clifton and Alice (Lemon) Schofield Sr. Cliffton was a 1968 graduate of Canton South High School and a Vietnam Army veteran. He retired from The Timken Company in 2004 after 34 years of service. Cliffton was a member of the Northwest Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his mother, Alice Schofield in 2013; twin infant sister, Karen Sue Schofield. He is survived by his wife, Sandra K. (Jones) to whom he was married 44 years; one daughter, Karen Tolbert of Canton; one son, Matt Schofield of Canton; one granddaughter, Katelyn Tolbert; his father, Clifton K. Schofield Sr. of Canton; two sisters, Cathy Schofield of Tennessee, Ruth (Gene) Miller of Canton; one brother, David (Cindy) Schofield of Michigan. Funeral services will be Monday August 25, 2014 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Keith Kull officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
