Clifford D. Foltz, age 86, of Canton, died Monday, February 13, 2006 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. He was born, January 8, 1920 in Canton, OH, to the late John C. and Julia (Brownsword) Foltz. A life resident of the Canton area, retiring from Canton City Schools in 1982 after 25 years of service. Member of North Industry United Methodist Church and was a WWII Army veteran. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Foltz in 2002; one brother, Donald Foltz. He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dale Foltz, Stanley and Anne Foltz all of Canton; two granddaughters, Renee Foltz of Silver Springs, MD, Amy Foltz of Canton; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Rose Foltz of Canton; one sister, Norma Cooper of Canton. Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. with Rev. David Ross officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 6-8pm in the funeral home.
