Cheryl A. Lovejoy

Age 64, of Minerva died Sunday, January 31, 2021 in the Cleveland Clinic following an extended illness. Born February 28, 1956 in Canton, Ohio the late Owens and Margaret (Norman) Holbert. She was a Minerva resident most of her life and retired from the Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She was a member of Minerva First Christian Church. Cheryl’s greatest joys were spending time and baking with her grandchildren and family. Preceded in death by a cousin, Larry Harper. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James Lovejoy; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jamie and Bobbi Jo Lovejoy, Joshua and Jill Lovejoy; three grandchildren, Bella, Quinn, and Noah; two step grandchildren, Justin and Bailey; one sister, Sandy Holbert; one brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Georgia Holbert. Friends may call Friday, Feb 5, 2021 from 5 – 7 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Social distancing and masks are required.
