Charlotte A. Shannon
Age 60, of East Canton, passed away Monday December 12, 2011 in Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. She was born June 19, 1951 in Parkersburg, WV to Leonard and Josephine (Joy) Hathaway. She was an East Canton resident most of her life and was a 1969 graduate of East Canton High School and a graduate of Aultman School of Nursing. Charlotte was employed by Aultman Hospital for 20 years. She is preceded in death by her father, Leonard Hathaway; her husband, Ralph Shannon; one brother. She is survived by one son, Samuel Shannon of East Canton; one daughter, Tess Shannon of East Canton; her mother, Josephine Hathaway of Louisville. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association at 1301 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20004.
