Charles W. “Chuck” Stinard

Age 83, of East Canton, passed away Saturday May 16, 2020 in Aultman Compassionate Care. He was born October 5, 1936 in Cadiz, OH to the late Harry and Velma (Lyon) Stinard. Chuck was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. He retired from The Timken Company after more than 30 years of service. He was a member of the East Canton Church of God, Lowell D. Oberly American Legion Post #667, the NRA and the American Sportsman’s Club. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and James Stinard; three sisters, Jackie Ujcich, Vickie Williams and Judy Stinard. Chuck is survived by his wife, Barbara E. (Plantz) to whom he was married 63 years; four children, Deborah and Tom Lipford, Sharon and Bill Fogle, Kimberly and Randy Swonger, Kris and Paul Broadwater; four grandchildren, Chuck and Lydia Fogle, Zachary Lipford, Benjamin Swonger and Maddie Broadwater; one sister, Helen Stinard.
