Charles Kenneth Benson

Age 84, of Canton, Ohio lost his battle to COVID – pneumonia January 16, 2021 in Aultman Hospital. Born December 25, 1936 in Jerusalem, Ohio. He graduated from Belmont High School and the Gale Institute, St Paul, MN. with a successful career with the B&O RR / CSX Corporation for 46.7 years. July 26, 1958, he married Carole S. Boulet who survives him along with three children, Kim Benson Komar (Bill), Kandi Benson McLachlan (Dan), Kevin Benson (Leslie); grandchildren, Jean-Paul, Elise, Becca, Rachael, Ethan, and Andrew. His family plans a celebration of his life later this year. Heaven is a little brighter as Ken prepares a place for family and friends who follow and reunite with those he lost over his lifetime.
