Charles W. Bachtel
Age 62, of Canton, passed away Friday April 6, 2012 in his home following an extended illness. He was born July 26, 1949 in Canton to the late Charles R. and Edna Mae (Frutschy) Bachtel. Charles was a 1967 graduate of Canton South High School and was formerly employed by Canton Drop Forge. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Sally Richeson. He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Chris and Tanya Bachtel of Canton, Kenneth Bachtel of Canton; two grandchildren, Ashley Bachtel of Canton and Andrew Cunningham of Massillon; his former wife, Barbara Adkins of Massillon. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday April 14, 2012 at 2:00pm in the Terrace Plaza Apartments at 716 – 30th St NW, Canton, OH 44709.
