Carol A. Shaw

Age 72, of Minerva passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018 in the Aultman Compassionate Care Center following a brief illness. Born September 24, 1945 in New Baltimore, Ohio. She was a Minerva resident since 1977. Carol was formerly employed as a real estate agent. She attended New Franklin United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her mother and step father, Florine and Bob Kerns; her grandparents who raised her, Lee and Vera Mick; one brother, Billy Mick. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Robert D. Shaw; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert L. and Lindelle Shaw; one daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Duane Wykoff; three grandchildren, Andralyn Shaw, Parker Shaw and Autumn Whiteleather; a half-sister, Linda Shaner. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev Susan Bowman officiating. Interment in Liberty Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 – 8 pm.
