Bridget L. (VanPelt) Kaminsky
Age 54, of Canton South, passed away unexpectedly Thursday October 21, 2010 in her home. She was born August 25, 1956 in Canton to George and Ardene G. (Mattison) VanPelt. Bridget was a life resident of the Canton south area and a 1974 graduate of Canton south High School. She was employed by the Old Landmark Tavern and formerly employed by Goodwill Industries for many years. She is preceded in death by her soul mate, Dan Bernabei; her mother, Ardene G. VanPelt; two brothers-in-law, Mike Gill and Dick Scipione. She is survived by her father, George and Ellen VanPelt of East Sparta; three sisters, Cindy Gill and Jeff of East Sparta, Susan Scipione of Cape Coral, FL, Terri and Ed Willard of East Sparta; three brothers, Ken and Donna VanPelt of Fombell, PA, Douglas VanPelt of East Sparta, Scott and Margie Briggs of East Sparta; one niece, Nicole VanPelt and Ray Spitza of Waynesburg; four nephews, Tyler Gill of East Sparta, Kevin VanPelt of Uniontown, Joseph and Benjamin Briggs of East Sparta; one great-niece, Mattison of Waynesburg; many aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday October 26, 2010 at 1:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave with Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
