Boyd F. "Jim" Dusky, age 66, of East Canton died Monday, February 4, 2008 in his home following an extended illness. Born January 20, 1942 in Calhoun County, WV. to the late Boyd H. and Virgie (Slider) Duskey. He was a Canton area resident since 1975 and a Vietnam U.S. Army veteran. Survived by his wife of 34 years, Bonnie R. (Horpestad) Duskey; one son and daughter-in-law, Anthony "Tony" and Stacy Duskey of East Canton; one daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Jason Cook of Canton; three grandchildren, Cole, Carter and Chase; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Billie Jean Duskey of Elizabeth, WV; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia and Frank Whytsell of Arnoldsburg, WV, Beverly and Chuck Carpenter of Mt. Zion, WV; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008 from 6-8 pm in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Additional calling hours and funeral will be Saturday, Feb 9, 2008 at the Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville, WV. Interment in Wright Cemetery, Creston, WV.
