Bonnie J. Bednarczyk
Bonnie J. Bednarczyk, age 61, of Canton, passed away Thursday October 2, 2008 in her home, surrounded by her family, following a courageous battle with cancer. Bonnie was born October 15, 1946 to the late Robert and Jean "Honey" (Tourville) Myers. She was a 1962 graduate of McKinley High School and a dedicated employee of American Electric Power for more than 30 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one great granddaughter, Faith Rae Roach. Bonnie lived her life for her family; there was never a more generous and loving wife, mother, grandmother and mema. She is survived by her loving husband, Raymond J. Bednarczyk to whom she was married 25 years; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and David Vanderwall of Canton, Tracie and David Atkinson of Marion, OH; proud grandmother of, Amanda (Dean) Roach of Canton, Ashley and Alicia Atkinson of Marion, OH; two great grandchildren, Isabella and Adriana Roach; two step-grandchildren, Autumn and Alex Vanderwall; one step-great grandson, Parker Seaman; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Sharon Myers of Mississippi, Ronald and Bonnie Myers of Canton; one sister and brother-in-law, Dawn Lynn and Tom Wolf of Canton; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday October 4, 2008 at 10:00am in St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Fr. Benson Okpara as celebrant. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 5-8pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. The family would like to thank Aultman Hospice for their loving care and compassion.
