Billy S. Rowe (Rowh)
Billy grew up in Spencer, WV where he had worked in the coal mine before moving to Canton, OH and retiring from The Timken Company. He proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a WWII veteran. He tried to attend church every Sunday and was happy to serve God. Billy was a gardener with a passion for farming. Following retirement, he enjoyed his remaining years living in Ohio and South Georgia. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Janet I. (Ellington) Rowe. Billy is survived by one son, David Rowe of Rebecca, GA; daughter, Becky Rowe of Canton; eight grandchildren, Matthew (Autumn) Rowe, Kristy Williams, Michael Rowe, Allen Bibey and Amanda Bibey all of Canton, Symone and Sierra Ferrell of Fairborn, OH and Harley Click of Rebecca, GA; 15 great-grandchildren; Funeral services will be Tuesday November 21, 2017 at 1:30pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home. Burial will be in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends and family will be received one hour before services on Tuesday (12:30-1:30pm).
