Bill B. Sanders
Age 88, of Navarre died Thursday, September 14, 2017 in the Canton Christian Home following complications from Alzheimer’s disease. Born April 4, 1929 in Coshocton, OH to the late Benjamin and Forest Rose (Strode) Sanders. He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran. Bill was retired from the United States Post Office. He was a member of the Massillon Church of Christ. Preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Sanders; two sisters, Thelma Edwards and Vera Smalley; longtime friend, Edna Ady. He is survived by one nephew, Bob (Janet) Edwards; four nieces, Linda McWilliams, Ginny (Mike) Valot, Cathy (Paul) Altman, Laura Lee (Lyn) Stokes; a sister-in-law, Mae Holstrom; dear friends, Fred and Margaret Ady, the whole Ady family and Debbie Harless. Funeral services will be Monday, Sept 18, 2017 at 1:30 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave with Glenn Hawkins officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Monday from 12:30 – 1:30 pm.
